IsleGames — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IsleGames ("the app"), published by Klinck Software LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms.
2. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are sold through Google Play; billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled per Google Play's policies.
3. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to violate any law or third party's rights. Game data you create stays on your device and is yours to manage.
4. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klinck Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Since IsleGames stores data locally only, uninstalling or clearing app data will permanently erase your saved games — keep this in mind before doing so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app and any in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose.
5. Changes & termination
We may update the app or these terms. We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, USA.
